Think Positive!!!

Hey guys!

It's been a long time since I've posted, I'm so sorry. Life has been great though! This summer Matt and I are both taking advancement classes (kind of something like that) and I'm focusing on math. It's hard to do worksheets everyday but I'm trying to improve my time management. Also, I got this planner from mum that's super amazing and I've been using it since February. It really keeps my life in order. It's called the Design Your Life planner. Now I'm stretching a lot more (as in daily) and writing entries in my journal. I love quotes. Like inspirational or motivational quotes. It keeps me going and makes me think of positive thoughts. That's why I write my most favorite down in my notebooks. I think you guys should also have like a favorite quote.😁 Here are some of mine:

"Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss you'll land among the stars."-Anonymous

"The world is full of monsters with friendly faces and angels full of scars."-Anonymous

"Always be positive when the sun is up and the stars are shining."-Kayelle (That's me!)

"Strong heart. Fierce mind. Brave spirit."

Well, hope you guys got some inspiration! Bye!!

Always be true to your heartπŸ’œπŸŒŒ

The Best Stores to visit for Journal Lovers/Stationary Lovers in Manila!!!!!!!

Hey everyone!

I know this might be different from my usual posts, but I super love these places and I really wanted to share it with you guys! BTW if you want more stationary/journal posts then tell me in the comments section!!! (These stores are not in order)

1. Hey Kessy-UP Town Center
I absolutely love this store! I saw this place in UP Town Center but I'm not sure if there are still more branches. Anyways, the first thing I wanted was the washi tapes. There were so many cute designs you could choose from! I also bought stickers which were super nice. I got 2 galaxy-inspired stickers and 1 inspired from deep down under the ocean. (though they were kinda pricey)  I also saw different kinds of pens, markers, calligraphy pens, and so much more. My mom bought different kinds of yarn because she crotches, and  we display her doughnuts, ice creams and other masterpieces in my room.

2.Stockroom-UP Town Center
OMG this place is also super nice. They sell  cute notebooks, toys, games, (Like Toilet Trouble) mugs, clocks, pens, and I also saw a predict ball but a book instead of a ball. It's like you ask the book something, then you open the book at a random page. And then there's your answer. I also bought a super cute unicorn mug from Stockroom that says, "I don't believe in humans." It's my favorite mug now.

3.Common Room-Quezon City
Common Room has so many cool stuff. I'm telling you, you should visit this place sometime. This place is where my dad bought me a super cute yet simple unicorn bracelet. (One thing you should know about me is that I love unicorns)  Common Room also sells plushies, and they're all different familiar characters! Some are from The Greatest Showman, while you can find Hermione from Harry Potter. I also saw cute stickers, potted plants, maps, and that's unfortunately all I remember.

4.National Book Store-ANYWHERE
This store is very famous in the Philippines and this is where I normally get my books and stationary stuff.

5.Fully Booked-ANYWHERE
Like National Book Store, this place sells lots of books but ones that you can't find at National Book Store. This is probably the book store I suggest you should check out.

6.Typo-UP Town Mall, (different from UP Town Center) etc.
Typo is SUPER COOL. They sell lots of notebooks, bags, headphones, bottles, phone cases, and lots more. Also, I think UP Town Mall is not the only Typo branch that exists.

7. Papemelroti-ANYWHERE
This store is  very unique because the notebook pages are all recycled and they sell a lot more like quoted coin cans, tiny wallets, notepads, etc.

8.Biblio-UP Town Center and Ayala Feliz (The ones I've seen so far)
This place is sells 2nd hand books, and you might think it might not be nice, but lots of them are still in good condition. Plus, the books are sold for a very cheap price! Of course, they also sell stationary- like stuff or else this wouldn't even be in the list (Hahahah) and I saw a lot of cute finds.

Thanks for reading!!! Hope this was super helpful!

10 Tips on How to Start a Youtube Channel

Hey guys!
If you want to start a youtube channel and earn money (Or just have funπŸ˜€) then this entry is for you!!!

There are lots of people who start channels but don't get recognized. These tips will make it a lot more easier! But if you followed ALL of these and still don't have more than a thousand subbies, don't get discouraged!!! It takes time for people to be noticed.😊😊😊

1. EQUIPMENT
This is very important in vlogging. Of course, if you're just starting out, you don't need to buy a super expensive camera. You can start out with your own phone but it has to be HD so your videos can attract people better.

Here are the things you need:

Camera
Charger
Memory card
Tripod
Editor app
Microphone

Again, you don't necessarily need everything in this list, but it WILL help if you get everything. For the meantime, start with your smartphone. And once you at least have more than 1000 subs, start getting serious on your equipment.πŸ˜‰

2. DECIDE WHAT KIND OF CHANNEL YOU WANT
Maybe you want to do dance covers, vlog, or probably do D.I.Y.S, its your choice. Remember, do what you love. And don't try to be some other famous youtuber. Just be yourself.☺

Tip:Start with one topic for your channel. You might wonder why, but it's because if someone subscribes to you because of a cooking video you posted, (example) and then the next video you post about video games, your subbie might unsubscribe you because they expected another video about cooking. But if you're already famous, then you can do as much as you like!!!

3.CHOOSE THUMBNAILS THAT WILL INTEREST PEOPLE TO CLICK ON YOUR VIDEO
But please don't try clickbait. People will probably be upset that the thumbnail they saw was not even in the video.

4. MAKE A SCHEDULE
Example, from Monday to Friday make a video,
On Saturday edit the video, and on Sunday post the video. This will make subscribers know when to check your channel for new videos. Also, stick to your schedule, if you change it, some subs might not be too happy...

5.MAKE A GOOD DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR VIDEO
It depends on what YOU want to say but you could add "Please don't forget to subscribe to my channel and click the like button!" You could also put a link to your channel. Another tip is if example you made a makeup tutorial video, you could add links to the websites where you bought the makeup you used.

6. YOUR INTRO
You have to talk about the main concept of what's going to happen in the video. Again, you could  say please subscribe and like! And you could give shout outs. Remember, your intro has to be a minimum of 15 seconds long or even shorter, so the people who are watching won't get bored and won't press another video.

7. ANNOTATIONS
You could put annotations on the last part of your video but make sure the video is already finished. Example, your still talking and the annotation pops up and blocks you. It's much better to put annotations after the last clip and just use a nice background.πŸ˜‰

8.MAKE COLLABORATIONS
This will get people's attention on you and your videos if the collab is with someone popular. Also, you could both say the names of your channels so if people are watching from the other person's channel or yours, they'll most likely check both channels.

9.MUSIC
If you want to add music, (if it's copyrighted) then you can ask permission from the company of the song. But if you just want to add background music that is not copyrighted, Youtube has songs that are okay to use!

10.HAVE FUN!!!
This is very important in becoming a succesful youtuber such as myself. Just joking!!! I do have a channel but with no videos.😁😁😁 Anyway, enough about me. Just have fun and always be optimistic!!!

These are the 10 tips for making a Youtube channel. Hope it's super helpful!!!

K-pop Madness!!!

Entry #4 I made back in 2018...

Hey everyone!!!

Today I'm learning Love U from Chung Ha and Killing Me from IKON. If you don't know them, check out  their music videos or dance practices!!! Actually, I'm learning it also because I'm going to be dancing at a birthday party! Yay! My first big break! Just joking. It's nothing big really. I'm just really happy I get to dance in front of a crowd and to experience it! It's in two weeks, and I'm trying to finish it fast.

BTW I'm making a new hobby for myself called bullet journaling. I love it so much! My only problem is that I not that ''artistic" and I make so much mistakes. If you guys want me to teach you bullet journaling, then sure! But I'm just a beginner... Hehehehehe. Then maybe I can teach you guys something I DO know. Dancing? Modeling? Crafting? D.I.Y.s?  or maybe I'll make my own YT channel!!! I'll tell you later about my plans...

My Moral

Entry #3 I made back in 2018...

Me and my family are going to travel to another country. We did a lot of shopping, and packing bags. Sometimes I imagine what it's like to be there. When I go to other places for vacation, I think that place is special and beautiful, but for some of the people who live there, they think it's normal and boring. Where I'm sitting down right now, in my house, in my country, I think my surroundings are not something special, or amazing. So, we all have to appreciate where we are now, and stop wanting things we don't have.

Practicing, Practicing and Practicing...

Entry #2 I made back in 2018...

Hello! It's me again. Today was fine. I practiced my hip hop dance because I'm joining a dance class. This one's advanced and hard. But I know I can do it because I really love dancing. And I hope I'm doing great. My dream is to be a k-pop star when I'm older, and that's why I'm joining. I actually am already setting goals. I'm also doing vocal warm-ups too. I hope all of you guys are also setting goals for your future dreams. Bye!

My Social Play

Entry #1 I made back in 2018...

I have a Social play happening next week at Friday. Surprisingly, I was chosen as the leader and that made me very nervous. I didn't know any leadership skills or how to talk to people with motivation and things like that. I like being quiet and alone after all. My topic is Jose Rizal's execution. I was making the script, and my classmates would bring the props. And the script is soooooo hard to make because it has to be Filipino. True, I understand it but I can't speak very well so this will be a tough challenge.

As I was researching online, I found so many interesting facts about the topic. One was that he got married to Josephine Bracken on his execution day itself from 5:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Cool, right? Truthfully, I hated social before because of all the memorizing of dates and all that but after reasearching more about Rizal's history, I became extremely interested. Well, I have to continue making the script. Bye!!!
